Do I need a referral?

Most private appointments do not require a referral. A referral is only needed if you are claiming through DVA, WorkCover, NDIS or a Medicare Chronic Disease Management plan.

How long is a first appointment?

Your first appointment is 45 minutes so we can understand the full picture, not just the sore bit.

Can I book at a different clinic next time?

Yes. Your notes follow you across all of our clinics, so book wherever suits you that week.

Do you accept DVA, NDIS or WorkCover clients?

Yes. Eligibility and requirements vary, so contact our team if you are unsure and we will talk you through it.

What should I bring?

Any referral, scans or reports you have, comfortable clothing, and your Medicare, DVA or private health card.

What if I need to cancel?

Call us on 1300 125 543 or reschedule through your booking confirmation. We ask for 24 hours notice where possible.
